Services Scope

Immerge provides bespoke concierge services, including curated itineraries, exclusive experiences, reservations, and transportation. All services are delivered with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Fees & Payment

Service fees are defined per experience or per day, as agreed. Fees are non-refundable once the service is confirmed, except where explicitly stated.

Cancellations & Modifications

Requests for cancellations or changes must be submitted in advance. Cancellation policies may vary by experience and will be communicated upon booking. Immerge reserves the right to modify arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and to follow agreed schedules and guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Immerge is not liable for third-party services, events beyond our control (such as weather or supplier changes), or unforeseen circumstances impacting the experience.
